Welcome 2023

BELIEVE IN THE MAGIC OF NEW YEAR

Start 2023 off strong with an evening combining meditation, journaling, community, and everyone’s favorite: art and crafts. During this workshop, you’ll create a personalized vision board to guide the year ahead.

Whether you already set a New Year’s Resolution, pick an inspirational word to guide the year, or honor the new start in a different way, this workshop provides an opportunity to explore barriers and milestones that may arise on your 2023 journey.

We’ll start with a guided meditation and some optional journal prompts to start (or continue) exploring your goals for 2023. After that, we’ll transition into creating a vision board that can include inspirational images, words, and even your own art if you’re feeling creative!

Poster board, basic arts and crafts, and magazines for using will be included, as well as an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage of your choice. Feeling inspired? While not at all required, you’re welcome to bring your own magazines and supplies for yourself or others to share
